I know Beata personally not only as a professional coach and mentor, but also as a person with extensive life and business experience. She is a people person easily establishing contact with others. I value her professionalism, as well as high personal culture and respect for other people. I had the opportunity to have several coaching sessions with Beata. Beata as a coach is extremely professional, yet empathetic and simply "human". Beata is a mentor with experience and intuition:) Before meeting her, I knew what area I wanted to work in. She helped me clarify my assumptions, set smaller goals in time, and then set a plan of action. Even after the first meetings I knew what I really wanted and what I could do to achieve it.
